  3. Ship the Item(s) Back: Once you receive our approval, carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • If the returned product is found to be damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we may offer a partial refund or deny the refund request.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

8. International Returns
